배터리 소재 분야 인재 모집을 위한 노력
동화일렉트로라이트(이하 동화일렉)가 우수 인재 모집 및 회사 인지도 제고를 위해 2024년 하반기 활발한 채용 활동을 펼쳤다. 먼저 8월 19일부터 이틀 동안 ‘2024 배터리 청년 채용이음 박람회’에 참여해 배터리 소재 직무에 관심 있는 지원자들을 만났다. 동화기업 HRBP팀과 일렉연구소 구성원들은 배터리 관련 전공 석·박사생을 대상으로 맞춤형 상담을 진행하며 실질적인 조언을 건넸다.
지난 11월 12일에는 성남 가천컨벤션센터에서 ‘첨단산업 공동 직무설명회’가 열렸다. 행사를 주최한 한국산업기술진흥원(KIAT)이 디스플레이, 바이오헬스, 반도체, 배터리 분야를 ‘첨단산업’으로 지정하고 관련 주요 기업 15개 사를 초청한 가운데 동화일렉도 선정된 것. 동화기업 HRBP팀 및 동화일렉 품질보증팀 구성원은 해당 설명회에서 기업 소개, 직무, 인재상 등 채용에 관한 상세한 정보를 제공했다. 한편 11월 26일에는 한국배터리산업협회가 후원하는 ‘2024 인하대학교 취업지원 행사’에서 학생들과 소통하는 시간을 가졌다. 본 행사에서 구직자들은 전해액 개발 신입 채용에 지원하거나 예비 인재풀에 등록하는 등 동화일렉에 큰 관심을 보였다.
Efforts to discover talent in battery materials area
Dongwha Electrolyte carried out extensive hiring in the second half of 2024 to find talented workers and raise the company’s recognition. On August 19-20, it participated in a job fair dedicated to the battery sector. Members of Dongwha Enterprise’s HRBP Team and Dongwha Electrolyte’s research center held up close and personal consultations with graduate and Ph.D. students majoring in battery materials to provide them with professional advice.
On November 12 a high-tech industry job briefing event was held at the Gachon Convention Center in Seongnam. Organized by the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, it featured 15 companies from the areas of displays, bio health, semiconductors and batteries, which have been designated as high-tech industries. Members of Dongwha Enterprise’s HRBP Team and Dongwha Electrolyte’s Quality Management Team introduced their respective companies, job responsibilities and what kind of employees they look for. On November 26, a job fair was held at Inha University under the auspices of the Korea Battery Industry Association. Students who attended the event showed great interest in Dongwha Electrolyte.
