동화기업이 나투스 진과 듀오 제품군 구매 고객을 대상으로 마루 관리 무상 서비스 '케어플로(Care-Flo)'를 출시했다. 케어플로는 시공 전 바닥 상태 점검부터 사후 보수까지 본사가 직접 제공하는 서비스로 '원케어 서비스'와 '풀케어 서비스'로 구성된다. 이 중 원케어 서비스는 시공 후 1년 이내에 하자 보수 처리를 무상으로 1회 제공하는데, 무상 A/S 서비스에 해당하는 항목은 ▲찍힘 및 긁힘 메꿈 처리 ▲표면 이물질 및 오염 제거 ▲걸레받이 재결합 ▲걸레받이 실리콘 메꿈 처리 총 네 가지다. 또한 기존에 소비자 과실로 유상 처리했던 보수도 서비스에 포함돼 소비자들의 많은 관심을 얻을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 동화기업은 곧 혜택을 확장한 풀케어 서비스까지 출시할 예정이다.
Service provided only by a trustworthy brand
Dongwha Enterprise has launched a free floor care service named "Care-Flo" for customers who purchase the Natus Jin and Duo flooring products. The service includes floor checkup prior to installation and post-management. Provided directly by Dongwha, it consists of "One Care" and "Full Care" services. The One Care service is provided once free of charge within one year from installation. It includes the repair of dents and scratches, removal of impurities and pollution on the surface, re-installation of baseboards, and baseboard caulking. Repairs related to problems caused by consumers, which were paid before, are also provided free of charge now. Dongwha Enterprise also plans to launch a full care service with more benefits soon.
