경영진과 함께 대화하는 소통의 장
동화일렉트로라이트(이하 동화일렉)가 2024년 하반기 2회에 걸쳐 타운홀 미팅을 개최해 경영진과 구성원이 소통하는 시간을 가졌다. 첫 번째 타운홀 미팅은 지난 7월 논산, 인천, 여의도 사업장에서 세 차례 진행됐다. 승지수 대표(부회장), 김재민 대표를 포함해 동화일렉 소속 임직원들이 한자리에 모여 허심탄회한 대화를 나눴다. 동화일렉의 경영 방침, 조직 운영, 미래 비전 등에 관한 실시간 질문과 답변이 오간 가운데 참석자들은 “구성원들이 조직의 변화를 이해하고 적극 동참할 수 있도록 앞으로도 이러한 소통이 자주 이루어지길 바란다”고 전했다.
한 해를 마무리하고 미래 청사진을 공유하기 위한 두 번째 타운홀 미팅은 11월 논산 및 여의도 사업장에서 각각 열렸다. 2024년 실적 리뷰, 2025년 목표 공유를 비롯해 영업·연구소·생산·품질경영·구매·운영기획 등 부문별 리더들이 주요 과제를 발표하는 시간을 가졌다. 2025년에는 전 부서가 수주 확대 및 시장 우위 선점을 최우선 과제로 선정하고 실행할 계획. 승지수 대표는 “2028년 이후의 장기적인 비전까지 고려하며 전략적으로 나아가자”고 강조했고 직원들 역시 동화의 미래를 함께 고민해볼 수 있는 뜻깊은 자리였다고 입을 모았다.
Meeting with executives
Dongwha Electrolyte held two town hall meetings in the second half of 2024 to facilitate communication between executives and employees. The first session took place in July in three locations: Nonsan, Incheon and Yeouido. It was attended by Dongwha Electrolyte CEO Jisoo Seung and CEO Jaemin Kim as well as members of Dongwha Electrolyte. They discussed the company’s business strategies, organizational management and future vision, and answered questions in real time. They also expressed hope that such events will be organized more frequently to help employees better understand changes in the organization and take a more proactive part.
The second session, which was aimed at wrapping up the year and sharing a future blueprint, was held in November in Nonsan and Yeouido. The participants reviewed 2024 results and shared goals for 2025. Team leaders in charge of sales, R&D, production, QC, purchasing and operation planning made presentations on major projects. All teams set their 2025 goals at increasing orders and solidifying market presence. CEO Jisoo Seung urged the participants to move strategically in line with long-term goals beyond 2028. The participants said it was a meaningful opportunity to mull the future of Dongwha together.
