동화기업은 매년 분기별로 노동조합 경영 설명회(이하 노사 간담회)를 개최해 발전적인 노사 관계를 구축하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 지난 5월 27일과 29일, 31일까지 3일에 걸쳐 진행된 2024년 2분기 노사 간담회는 대성노조(북성동), 동화노조(가좌동), 아산지회(아산 사업장) 순으로 3개 노조와 회사 측 임원이 모여 소재 총괄 비전 및 전략 방향을 공유했다. 특히 1분기 경영 실적 점검을 비롯해 소재 사업의 경영 현안과 세부 과제 등 다양한 논의도 함께 이뤄졌다. 노사 간담회에 참석한 채광병 소재총괄 사장은 “어려운 시장 환경을 극복하고 노사가 더욱 긴밀히 소통할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 격려했으며, 노조 측에서는 “생산성 및 품질 향상, 안전한 사업장을 위해 현장에서도 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 전했다. 앞으로도 동화기업은 지속적인 노사 간담회를 통해 협력적인 관계를 구축할 계획이다.
Promoting cooperation and trust
Dongwha enterprise holds labor union management briefings every quarter to promote labor-management relations. The second-quarter briefings held on May 27, 29 and 31 brought together executives from the Daesung, Dongwha and Asan labor unions and management. They discussed the future and strategies of the materials business, first-quarter performance and business issues. Wood Materials BU CEO Kwangbyung Chae pledged to do his best to improve communication between labor and management to overcome the challenging market environment together.
