동화그룹은 지난 5월 13일 공정한 윤리 경영을 바탕으로 임직원의 깨끗하고 투명한 직무 수행을 독려하고자 윤리 실천 서약식을 진행했다. 이번 서약식에는 채광병 소재총괄 사장, 김재민 동화일렉·태양합성 대표 등 그룹사 임원은 물론 해외 법인장들도 온라인을 통해 적극 참여했다. 동화 임원들은 '윤리 실천 서약서'와 '보안 서약서'를 정독하고 이에 서명하며 고객과 함께 성장할 것과 사내 정보 보안 준수를 약속했다. 윤리 경영, 고객 만족, 상호 존중, 제반 법규 및 규정 준수, 부패 예방과 공정 거래, 비밀 유지 등의 실천 사항이 담긴 윤리 실천 서약서와 보안 서약서는 전사 구성원에게 송부돼 개별적으로 서명하도록 했다. 해외 사업장 구성원에게도 주재원을 통해 서약서를 전달했다. 이번 서약식을 통해 동화 임직원들은 윤리적 기업 문화를 최고의 가치로 삼으며 고객의 신뢰를 바탕으로 더욱 성장해나갈 것을 다짐했다.
Ethical management implemented by all Dongwha members
On May 13 Dongwha Group held a corporate ethics oath ceremony to make a pledge to implement transparent and fair business management. With ESG management becoming a global business trend, the importance of corporate ethics and security is higher than ever. The oath ceremony served as an opportunity to reaffirm Dongwha members' commitment to ethical management. It was attended by Wood Materials BU CEO Kwangbyung Chae and Dongwha Electrolyte·Taeyang Chemical CEO Jaemin Kim, among other executives. The heads of overseas subsidiaries took part in the ceremony online. The executives recited and signed corporate ethics and security oaths, and made a pledge to grow hand in hand with customers and protect corporate information. The oaths contained stipulations on ethical management, customer satisfaction, mutual respect, compliance with rules and regulations, corruption prevention, fair transactions, and confidentiality. They were sent to all Dongwha members, who signed them later.
