동화그룹 2023년 하반기 대졸 신입사원 9명이 지난 1월 2일부터 9일까지 입문 교육을 받았다. 신입사원 입문 교육은 동화의 가치를 체득하고, 미래 성장의 기반을 다지는 다양한 프로그램 중 하나다. 커리큘럼은 동화의 역사, 인사제도 및 조직 구성, 핵심가치, 디지털 혁신, 법무, 사업부별 생산 공정 이해 및 현장 견학, 안전 교육 등으로 구성된다. 교육 첫날, 여의도 원창홀에 모인 이들은 짧은 오리엔테이션을 마친 후 동화의 역사를 살펴보고 이해하는 시간을 가졌다. 오후에는 컬처빌리지로 이동해 인사제도와 조직문화에 대해 배운 다음, 그린넷과 O365를 체험하며 본격적인 교육에 돌입했다.
'새내기 동화인'의 새로운 출발
신입사원들은 동화의 사업별 업무를 보다 가까이에서 이해하고자 사업장을 견학하는 시간도 가졌다. 4일 차는 인천 가좌동에서, 5일 차는 북성동 중앙연구소에서 교육을 받으며 생생한 현장의 분위기를 경험했다. 또한 교육 기간 동안 조별 미팅과 과제 발표를 통해 동화인에게 필요한 지식과 직무 역량을 함양했으며, 서로 다른 배경을 가진 동료들과 소통하는 법도 익혔다.
최종 발표와 수료식을 끝으로 마무리된 입문 교육. 이현겸 프로는 “동화의 역사와 조직문화를 통해 도전과 변혁을 확인하는 뜻깊은 시간”이었다고 말했고, 오현재 프로는 “동화가 추구하는 디지털 혁신의 방향성과 디지털혁신실의 역할에 대해 배우면서 업무에 대한 이해를 넓혔다”라는 소감을 전했다. 동화의 비전과 문화, 목표를 공유하고 업무 적응력을 키운 시간. 이로써 신입사원들은 동화와 함께 성장하고 비상하기 위한 여정의 첫걸음을 힘차게 내디뎠다.
Learning about Dongwha’s values and vision
Dongwha’s new members who joined the company in the second half of 2023 received training on January 2-9. This kind of training is essential for learning about Dongwha’s organizational culture and core values, and laying a foundation for future growth. On day one the participants gathered at the Wonchang Hall in Yeouido for a brief orientation, and learned about the history of Dongwha. In the afternoon they visited Culture Village to learn about Dongwha’s HR system and organizational culture and try using Green.net and O365.
Fresh start
The participants visited each business site to learn more about Dongwha’s business areas. On day four, they received training in Gajwa-dong, Incheon, and on day five at the central R&D Center in Bukseong-dong. Through group meetings and task presentations, they acquired essential knowledge and work skills that every Dongwha member must have, and learned how to communicate with coworkers from different backgrounds.
The training session ended with final presentations and a closing ceremony. Hyeonkyoem Lee from the Board Sales Team1 said it was a meaningful opportunity to learn about Dongwha’s achievements rooted in its history and organizational culture. Hyeonjae Oh from the ERP Team said this training session helped him better understand his work responsibilities by learning about Dongwha’s digital transformation and the role of its Digital Transformation Team. By learning about Dongwha’s vision, culture and goals, the new employees made a first step toward growing and prospering hand in hand with Dongwha.
