2023 무재해 포상식 및 안전 서약식

동화기업은 지난 2월 2일 안전서약식을 동화기업 중앙연구소 콘퍼런스홀에서 열었다. 이날 행사에는 동화기업 대표를 비롯해 북성, 가좌, 아산 3개 사업장의 노조위원장, 각 사업장 안전보건관리책임자, 보드생산본부장, 경영지원부문장 등이 참석했다. 행사의 시작을 알리는 인사말에서 동화기업 대표는 “안전 활동을 강화하는 계기가 되길 바라며, 우리 모두 합심해 공동의 목표인 무재해 사업장을 만들었으면 한다”고 전했다.

'안전서약서' 작성은 3개 사업장 임직원들이 무재해 달성을 위해 개인별 위험 요소를 파악하고 예방을 위한 실천 사항을 정하는 캠페인의 일환이다. 동화기업 대표를 비롯한 각 사업장 노조위원장들은 전 임직원을 대표해 안전서약서에 서명하고 “안전한 작업환경을 조성해 무재해 문화를 정착시키는 데 동참할 것”을 약속했다.

A pledge to create a safe working environment

Dongwha Enterprise held a safety pledge signing ceremony on February 2 in the Conference Room of the R&D Center. It was attended by the company’s CEO, the heads of labor union committees of Bukseong, Gajwa and Asan, safety and health managers from each business site, and the heads of the Board Production and Management Support divisions. In his welcoming remarks, the CEO of Dongwha Enterprise expressed hope that the safety pledge will further spur safety-related activities and that all Dongwha members will join hands to achieve their shared goal – an accident-free workplace.

The safety pledge is part of a campaign for identifying and preventing risk factors at the three business sites to make them accident-free. The heads of the labor union committee of each business site including the CEO of Dongwha Enterprise signed the safety pledge on behalf of executives and promised to establish a disaster-free working culture by creating safe working conditions.
